Past efforts included serving as Editor and Publisher of NAFTA: Visiting The Accord, a book providing an overview and understanding of how the North American Free Trade Agreement was constructed and its relationship to international economic activity. The publication was extremely well received by a nation-wide cross section of government agencies, trade associations, banks and private businesses
JRDI has also provided a number of private reports and studies.
These efforts have been directed at Economic, as well as Market Research and Analyses of concern to a variety of clients. An emphasis has been given to extensive Economic and Financial Feasibility analyses in the area of real estate development and banking operations.

JRDI, as an example, designed and performed a user survey and development analyses which served as foundation for conceptual development plans and new recommended uses at a series of recreational sites located on public lands in the State of Wyoming. The client was Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, and portions of the plan have been implemented.

INVESTMENTS
The firm has developed a specialization in Urban Real Estate Investment. JRDI and its associated entities have overseen a portfolio of affordable commercial residential properties. The firm also created Investment Strategies in various real estate developments and acquisitions.
The firm has also served a 501 (C) (3) Non Profit Corporation. The organization addressed a full array of employment and housing needs of Veterans' from all branches and time periods. A Transitional Housing Program (VET HOUSE) was developed on the grounds of the Veterans Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks in Missouri. Action entailed the renovation and leasing of a number of existing duplex family housing units, converting them group living configurations. for homeless veterans being discharged from the Domicile Housing Program. A full range of property and case management services was provided.
MANAGEMENT
Asset Management, Investment Strategy and Portfolio Management are our current focus.
Within the banking industry, investment advisory services have been provided related to bank acquisitions, new bank startups, new branch offices and advisory services related to addressing federal and state banking regulators.
JRDI participated in the development of a methodology which produced a national survey that measured the U.S. Small Business Administration's Loan Guarantee Program. The SBA's 7a loan program was found to be of considerable benefit, and continues today in serving the small business community.
