REAL ESTATE

Through a series of entities, JRDI began an acquisition program of affordable housing alternatives.  Working with the FDIC and affiliated offices in Kansas City, Chicago, Washington DC, Denver and Miami. a series of acquisitions and conveyances were accomplished. Various ownership entities and management alternatives have been established in ownership, management, and  sale of the property mix. Private/Public developments have been established.  Working with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington and St. Louis, along with  State Financing agencies affordable housing buildings, with supportive services for select formerly homeless veterans, were developed and/or renovated.
 

FINANCIAL SERVICES
 

At start up,  the firm published a variety of private studies evaluating metrics related to commercial bank holding company acquisitions, branch and new financial institution site location and planning for new financial  banking start ups, as well as responses to federal and state regulatory considerations.

 

The firm created Bank Market Analyst, and began publishing a quarterly series of data analytics evaluating market competitiveness. Data was derived from Federal Reserve financial statements for all depository institutions in the United States.

The firm served as Project Leader, in developing methodology for the Washington D.C. GAO office to monitor the financial performance and operational viability for all U.S. based financial institutions. Analyses utilized JRDI's  proprietary financial database systems. The work presented the agency with a  new and systematic basis for evaluating  individual  and national depository institution performance.

DATA TECHNOLOGY

​​MARKET MANAGER, was created by a start up entity. The Marketing Information System was composed of proprietary software, training and consultation in developing a Marketing Plan for selling financial services to a variety of businesses.

​

AUTOTRAC, a private work place package, was designed and maintained by JRDI   The system simplified and clarified the full spectrum of projects needed to monitor implementation of Strategic Plans. It was further found to be beneficial in implementing a corporate wide name change.

 

COMMERCIAL BANK DATABASE and THRIFT DATABASE were developed by JRDI. These large scale databases contained Balance Sheet, Income Statement and individual office data for all banks and thrifts in the U.S. as reported to the Federal Reserve and FDIC regulators.

 

The firm designed and maintained REBIS, an  analytic information system of performance trends for several thousand geographically dispersed banks. The system enhanced bank acquisition efforts by a multi-bank holding company through an 11 state region of the central Midwestern U.S.
 

Another a start up entity  designed, developed and implemented Micro^Financial^Data^Base^ System.  A licensed system of client selected financial institution data; on going data updates; training; consultation and equipment.  The system was found to provide greater control and flexibility to clients in monitoring and analyzing competitor financial institutions by geographic market.
